Air Fryer Stuffed Chicken

Over the weekend I cleaned out my pantry, and in the process, I broke my air fryer. So I bought a new one (this is the one I got), and decided to try out a new recipe using it. I’ve seen a few different recipes similar to this one, but I added in some of my own things to the “stuffing” mixture, and it was SO good!

Here’s the recipe so you can add it to your weekly menu:

Ingredients

• boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 8 oz cream cheese

• 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms

• 1 finely chopped jalapeño (optional)

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

• salt & pepper

• Italian seasoning

  1. Combine all of the stuffing ingredients until we’ll blended (I used a hand mixer).

  2. Cut the chicken breasts in half, lengthwise so they open up like a book.

  3. Scoop stuffing mixture inside the chicken breasts, then close them up.

  4. Top the chicken with some butter and red pepper flakes.

  5. Cook in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Enjoy!
