Pico De Gallo
I love making homemade pico de gallo every chance I get - whether we’re having tacos, or just for a snack/appetizer! I have used this same recipe for years, and it’s always a crowd favorite. The other day, we ate it on shrimp and it was delicious - so definitely try that too! If I want more of a salsa consistency, I just throw the ingredients in my NutriBullet and blend it up a little bit. I’m so excited for y’all to try this!
6 tomatoes, finely diced
1 onion
1-2 jalapeños (depending on how spicy you want it)
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper to taste
