In the Kitchen: Smoked Bacon Jalapeño Deviled Eggs

Trust me, these smoked bacon jalapeño deviled eggs are the perfect football snack, side for dinner, or to take to your next gathering. They are delicious!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What you’ll need:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

10 eggs, hardboiled and peeled⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1 1/2 tsp mustard⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1 tsp apple cider vinegar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

pinch of garlic salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

salt & pepper to taste ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

cooked bacon, crumbled⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

hot pepper, sliced (we used a pepper from our garden)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Directions:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. Set smoker to 180 degrees and allow to preheat.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2. Place hardboiled/peeled eggs directly on smoker rack and smoke for 30 minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3. Remove eggs and cool.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4. Cut eggs in half, longways.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

5. Remove yolks and add to ziploc bag with mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

6. Seal the bag and mix ingredients with your hands until well combined. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

7. Cut a small opening in the bottom corner of the bag. Squeeze yolk filling into each egg half.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

8. Top with crumbled bacon, a hot pepper slice, and the cajun seasoning.
